I am a product and technology leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling user-centered SaaS platforms. My work spans product strategy, execution, and systems thinking, from discovery and product architecture through delivery and continuous improvement.

I have led cross-functional teams in startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises, delivering products across EdTech, collaboration software, health, and field services in B2C, B2B, and platform environments. My experience includes AI-enabled product innovation, platform-level product architecture, and data-informed product leadership that connects user insight with business strategy.

I hold a Master’s in ICT Management and am completing a doctorate focused on improving user adoption and change readiness in enterprise software transitions by integrating change management and behavioural design principles.
